I have a clear purpose & mission in my life. My passion is to explore, educate & expand in 3Ds – Design Thinking, Design For Six Sigma, and Digital Process Automation.

When I joined my dream company with a couple of years of experience, I was given the project; I failed miserably. I didn’t know the system and was clueless about how to solve the problem.

From there, I decided to excel in operations, especially problem-solving. I got a Japanese mentor, Dr. Noriaki Kano, learnt various methods and modalities like TQM, Lean Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Digital Automation to excel in my career and published various Technical Papers, Journals, and Patent.

With 15+ years of experience in product design and development of chassis and vehicle integration with the automotive industry, Tata Motors, and Tata Technologies, I gained experiences in Innovation, Quality, and Project management.

I often provide various practical Tools and Techniques in Design Thinking -led to Digital Transformation, Lean Six Sigma, Train the Trainer.

I worked with NGOs and strongly believe in core values like Growth, Trust, Transparency, Integrity, and being a Life-Long Learner. I aim to promote grassroots innovations to solve some of society’s biggest problems. This is only possible with your Collaboration & Co-Operation.
